Services Team Leader

Te Tūranga / About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Services Team Leader to join our Finegand site, playing a critical role in keeping essential site services running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and infrastructure services, ensuring strong systems and controls are in place for both planned and unplanned work.

Leading a skilled services team that covers water treatment, wastewater, refrigeration and boilers, you will work closely with Engineering, Production, and external partners to manage workloads and shutdowns. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on asset performance, health and safety, continuous improvement, and long-term site reliability. Having a practical ability in one of these important sectors would be advantageous.

You are a confident, organised leader with experience in maintenance or engineering environments. You thrive in fast-paced operational settings and lead from the front, bringing a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in an engineering or industrial environment
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills
• Experience with maintenance systems, shutdowns, and contractor management
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships
• A continuous improvement mindset, including RCA involvement and asset performance improvement
