Pharmacist

We are looking for a full time pharmacist to join our patient focused team of two senior technicians, one trainee technician, and 1.75FTE pharmacists. We have an Alpaca and an EV54, two consulting rooms, a depot in a nearby town, and a busy pharmacy. At Bates Pharmacy, we pride ourselves on having our patients return to us because they feel they belong, and that we truly care about their needs.

We can design this role somewhat to suit the successful applicant. That might be a newly registered pharmacist, looking to establish themselves in their career. Or, it might be that a pharmacist ready to step into a dispensary management role will be the successful candidate. Or, maybe a pharmacist looking for a better work/life balance. There is some flexibility built in to this appointment, and hourly rate is negotiable dependent on the candidate.

Balclutha is a fantastic spot - close to Dunedin for city pursuits, and handy to both the beautiful Catlins, and Central Otago for outdoor pursuits. There are great communities and good schools in South Otago, and a variety of sports and cultural activities available for your down-time. Truly a rural lifestyle, with add-ons!
