Paint Shop All-Rounder / Floor Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on all-rounder to join our busy paint and panel shop. This is a varied role that combines admin, workshop coordination, and practical prep work — perfect for someone who likes being part of the action and keeping things running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll be the person who helps hold everything together day-to-day, including:

Administration & Job Management

• Creating and closing jobs
• Processing invoices
• Basic office admin
• Keeping job records organised and up to date

Workshop Support

• Prepping panels for the painters
• Keeping workflow moving
• Making sure the team has what they need to stay productive

Stock & Supplies

• Ordering paint and workshop supplies
• Monitoring stock levels
• Ensuring nothing runs out at the wrong time

Floor Coordination

• Acting as a go-between for office and workshop
• Helping prioritise work
• Keeping the shop tidy, organised, and running efficiently

About You

• Organised and proactive
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Good communicator
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in automotive, paint, panel, or workshop environments is a bonus (but not essential for the right person)
