Rural Hospitality Site Manager - Seasonal or Permanent

We are a rural pub, cafe, motel on a busy SH1 intersection in South Otago. Our clients range among stalwart locals, truck drivers and passing tourists.

Our new manager needs to be great with people, organised, and be familiar with sales reconciliation. Experience with Loaded and Idealpos is an advantage.

Weekend work and working within a revolving roster so they are onsite across all shifts with regularity is essential.

Reporting to the business owner with up to date reporting each week, managing budgets and staff rostering. Familiarity with food safety protocols, health and safety, record keeping will all be a part of the role. And because of the small to mid size of our operation, being a capable hand in the kitchen and able to learn how to prepare our menu is also a part of the role.

Remuneration will be reflected by the experience of each applicant. Accommodation onsite is not available however efforts can be made to help applicants find local rentals.
