About the Role

You will be supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are always maintained.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
• Strong understanding of food safety practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently during peak periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organisational skills and ability to maximise resources
• Decisiveness and initiative
• Willingness to support the Head Chef and management in daily operations
