Team Leader Facilities and Waste Asset Management

We are on the lookout for someone who knows their way around asset management and enjoys making systems work better.

This role is all about strengthening and improving how we manage our assets across our Facilities, Waste Management and Fleet activities. You’ll help drive good asset management practices, tidy up and enhance processes, improve documentation, and make sure our systems and technology are supporting the work on the ground.

About this role:

• Key role in strengthening asset planning, improving data quality, enhancing reporting capability, and ensuring our systems support effective decision-making and long-term service delivery.
• Build and lead a strong and effective team capable of providing services of the highest quality.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in asset management, infrastructure or operational environments
• Experience with budget management and forecasting
• Strong systems thinking and process improvement capability
• Confidence working with asset management systems and data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A full New Zealand drivers licence.
