Full-Time Cafe Team Member

George Cafe is looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join us full time.
We’re seeking someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, takes pride in great service and contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and local community.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role plays an important part in the daily running of the cafe, working alongside the team to keep service flowing smoothly. It’s a hands on position suited to someone who is organised, takes initiative and enjoys helping wherever needed.

HOURS:
Wednesday to Sunday - approximately 30-35 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Food preparation and restocking cabinet food
• Serving customers and taking orders at the till
• Cooking and handling cabinet food orders
• Delivering food to tables
• Preparing coffee and other drinks
• Dishwashing and keeping a clean cafe environment
• General cleaning and end of the day pack down

Barista experience is an advantage, however, training will be provided to someone eager to develop their skills.
