Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you’ll be the face of our Balclutha location - managing customer relationships, supporting walk-in clients, and ensuring the retail space is running smoothly. You’ll also step in with technical support when needed, making this a hands-on and varied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Account Management: Proactively engage with South Otago customers to maintain and grow relationships, including site visits and follow-ups.
  • Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and care.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support when in-house staff are unavailable.
  • Retail Merchandising: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail area.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, reporting, and team coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in ICT account management, retail, or customer service.
  • Technical aptitude or willingness to learn basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and small-team leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised.
  • Merchandising experience is a plus.
