Branch Manager
As Branch Manager, you’ll be the face of our Balclutha location - managing customer relationships, supporting walk-in clients, and ensuring the retail space is running smoothly. You’ll also step in with technical support when needed, making this a hands-on and varied role.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Account Management: Proactively engage with South Otago customers to maintain and grow relationships, including site visits and follow-ups.
- Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and care.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support when in-house staff are unavailable.
- Retail Merchandising: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail area.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, reporting, and team coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in ICT account management, retail, or customer service.
- Technical aptitude or willingness to learn basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and small-team leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised.
- Merchandising experience is a plus.
