As you may be aware, Clutha Development are developing an Integrated Masterplan for Nugget Point/ Tokatā and Kaka Point to guide managed growth by balancing a high-quality visitor experience with environmental impacts and transport/accessibility requirements.
To help us with the development of the Nugget Point/Tokatā and Kaka Point Masterplan, we would like to invite you to a stakeholder workshop on Thursday June 1st from 6pm at the Kaka Point Bowling Club.
The purpose of the workshop is to:
• provide you with further information about the project, its drivers and work done to date
• hear and understand your community priorities for Nugget Point/ Tokatā and Kaka Point and any issues you think we may need to consider
• help us test emerging masterplan themes
(Tea and coffee and light refreshments will be provided).
In addition, the masterplan team will be on site at Nugget Point/ Tokatā and Kaka Point from 1-3pm undertaking informal surveys.
A more detailed agenda will be issued in advance.
