Admin Support Role – Flexible Opportunity

The Clutha Budget Advisory Service is looking for someone to assist with general administration, record-keeping, payment processing, and payroll tasks. The role also involves attending monthly evening meetings to take minutes.

Key tasks include:

  • General admin duties & record-keeping

  • Processing payments & payroll tasks

  • Minute-taking at monthly evening meetings

  • MYOB & Google Drive knowledge (helpful but not essential)

This role offers up to 20 hours per month with flexible scheduling. If you have strong organisational skills and want to contribute to a community-focused group, we'd love to hear from you!
