Office Administration Manager

Laser electrical are an electrical franchise firm servicing our domestic, industrial and dairy farmer customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic administrator, with accurate data entry skills and previous experience in Finance admin. Stock control would be an advantage. 
Any experience with Xero is advantageous, if not there is up to date training. Be adaptable and keen to learn new skills.


You will be responsible for:

  • accounts receivable
  • invoicing
  • processing orders
  • ensuring all tax obligations are met (GST/PAYE)
  • paying wages
  • maintaining annual leave register
  • assisting with marketing activities
  • emailing
  • social media
  • maintaining customer database
