Human Resources Officer

Are you passionate about people and making workplaces better? We’re looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team and make a real impact!

In this diverse and rewarding role, you’ll provide HR advice and support across a wide range of areas – from recruitment and performance management to day-to-day HR queries and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

·        Supporting employees with HR guidance

·        Ensuring compliance with employment law, best practices, and Council policies

·        Contributing to recruitment, performance, and employee engagement processes

·        Rolling out meaningful HR initiatives that shape our positive workplace culture

We’re after someone who:

·        Ideally has experience in HR

·        Communicates clearly and confidently

·        Strong IT skills across a number of platforms

·        Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
