General Practice Support

Mō te tūranga | About the role:

The position is 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8am - midday) and has been developed primarily to ensure that stores and supplies are ordered, receipted and put away, provision of a clean, tidy, safe clinical working environment. There may be scope to develop the role further.

The position will best suit someone looking for a varied working day, with excellent time management skills and enthusiasm. You will ideally have:

Previous experience in healthcare (advantageous).
An interest in developing and maintaining inventory systems and processes.
Comfortable with IT systems.
Must uphold privacy standards associated with sensitive information.
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
The ability to work collaboratively and prioritise workload against competing demands for your time.
Skills in and passion for working alongside a variety of people from all cultures, ethnicities and diversities
Accuracy and a quick learner

CHF pays the equivalent of Health New Zealand rates and the salary for this role is Step 1 $29.33 per hour to Step 4 $33.20 per hour.
