Food Hub Casual Position

Are you passionate about supporting your community and confident communicating with people from all walks of life?
Clutha Budget Advisory Service are looking for a compassionate and capable person to join our team in a casual role at the Clutha Food Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and interviewing clients to assess their needs in a respectful, non-judgmental way
• Recording client information in our computer system accurately and confidentially
• Food parcel preparation and distribution
• Supporting day-to-day operations and working alongside staff and volunteers

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has excellent people skills – calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental
• Is computer literate and confident with data entry
• Is available to work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, sometimes at short notice to cover staff absences
• Understands the importance of confidentiality when working with clients
