We have an excellent opportunity, based at our Finegand food production facility near Balclutha, for a suitably skilled HR professional to join our plant HR team. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, this position is responsible for supporting all HR initiatives and activities that support the company in creating a positive culture and positions it as a preferred employer in the region.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing sound HR advice, assist leaders of the plant in selecting the best candidates whilst ensuring sound process and regulatory requirements are filled. The position is ideal for a talented individual who is comfortable communicating at all levels of a large organisation.
