Lawrence Heritage Day

It is one of the original Gold rush towns, it is where the national  anthem was composed and where New Zealand's first ever bike was built. 

Lovely Lawrence has such a rich history and still oozes that Victorian charm! 

It is the perfect place for a Heritage Day.

There will be more than a 1000 exhibits on show at the Tuapeka Vintage Club and some of Lawrence's famous architectural gems will be open so you can have rare sneaky peak inside these treasures.

Lots of other community events will take place throughout the day. It is like a good old fashioned Country Fair. You would be mad to miss it.
