There are plenty of options throughout The Catlins' area. Nugget Point Lighthouse and Pūrākaunui Falls are two of our favorite short walks that are pram accessible and suitable for little legs.

to say hello to the local wildlife at Surat Bay and Cannibal Bay, where New Zealand sea lions can often be spotted. It's a rare and thrilling experience that your family will never forget.

head to the Florence Hill Lookout for breathtaking views of Tautuku Bay and its peninsula. The lookout is an excellent spot for a family photo, and kids will love running around and exploring the area down below at Tautuku Bay.
