We’re a friendly and growing team looking for a Sales Manager at our Mitsubishi dealership to help us continue our success and build strong relationships with our customers at South Otago’s only locally owned and operated motor vehicle franchise.

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Mitsubishi brand who can lead with enthusiasm and support. This role is all about guiding our team to meet sales goals, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring our customers are happy. If you have a knack for sales and enjoy mentoring others, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Represent our company and brand

· Lead and motivate sales to achieve targets.

· Develop and implement simple sales strategies that work.

· Build strong relationships with our clients and understand their needs.

· Collaborate with other departments to align efforts.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales management or a similar role.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· A team player who enjoys working with others.

· Basic knowledge of sales metrics and CRM tools is a plus.

· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
