Key responsibilities include:

v  Profitability.

v  Production planning.

v  Ensure standards of merchandising are achieved and maintained.

v  The implementation and overseeing of Department Food Safety & Health requirements.

v  The effective utilisation of the department’s personnel resources

v  Stock ordering to meet the stores requirements

v  Waste control within the Department
