Role Overview:

In this critical role, you will lead the development and alignment of business systems and processes to build organisational capability. You will have overall management responsibility for IT Services, Communication Systems, GIS, Information Management, and Cybersecurity, ensuring that quality, timely advice, services, and outcomes are delivered to elected members, officers, and the public.

 

Person Specification:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems/Information Technology.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role within information services.
• Strong background in business process analysis and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience as a Systems/Network Manager is desirable.
