Administration Support - Part Time
The Clutha Foundation is a local philanthropic organisation building a significant capital fund to earn income to support charitable purposes in the Clutha District in perpetuity.
We are seeking applications for an Administration Support role. This position will suit a community minded person
who enjoys engaging with people and can comfortably and effectively promote the Clutha Foundation and the
opportunity it provides for generous people to benefit our community forever.
This is a people focussed, administrative role that will involve:
▪ providing administration support to the Executive Officer
▪ understanding the needs, concerns, and sentiments of the community
▪ effectively using social media and the website to promote the Foundation
▪ liaising with employers, employees, service clubs, and community groups
▪ liaising with potential and existing donors
▪ problem solving effectively and efficiently
This is a part-time role for up to 15 hours per week by negotiation.
