Ideally You’ll Bring:

Excellence in day-to-day operational leadership. Registered Nurse with current NZ practising certificate. 6+ years post‑registration experience.

Strong clinical judgement and communication.

Collaborative leadership capability, warmth, and confidence. A passion for quality, equity, and making healthcare better.
