Ashlea Grove Rest Home is looking for compassionate and reliable Casual and Part-Time Caregivers to join our dedicated team.

If you have a genuine passion for caring for older people and enjoy making a positive difference in someone's day, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing high-quality personal care and support to our residents.
• Assisting with daily living activities.
• Working alongside our nursing and care teams to promote residents' wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

What we're looking for:

• A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required.
• Previous aged care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right applicants.
• A current First Aid Certificate and Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification are advantageous but not essential.
