Receptionist

SPS Physio is looking for a part-time receptionist (maternity leave cover position – 12 months) to join our team at the Tokomairiro Receration Centre, Milton.

Hours:

Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Friday 8:00am – 1:00 pm (21 hours per week).

Start Date –31/8/26. 

Position:

Reception is a highly important part of our service, as you are the first point of contact for our clients, either through the telephone, email or in person.  The role involves greeting clients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, computer entry and working to assist the Physiotherapists.

A training / hand-over period will be organised with the support / guidance from our existing reception team.
