Manager - Rosebank Lodge

The Clutha Licensing Trust based in South Otago has an employment
position/opportunity that we wish to receive applications for:

MANAGER – Rosebank Lodge, Balclutha

We are seeking a person who has “Personality plus”, Industry knowledge
& the Ambition to become our full-time, hands-on Manager at this
establishment.

Duties will include customer service and staff supervision within the bars,
bottle store, restaurant/kitchen, functions, accommodation and reception
sectors of this business.

You will need to be organised, flexible, focused, outgoing and can
communicate with a wide & varied range of customers. This position
would suit someone currently working in the hospitality industry looking
to further their career or someone looking to make an exciting career
change.

You must hold or can obtain a Managers Certificate under the Sale of
Liquor Act and gain clearance from the Department of Internal Affairs to
operate gaming machines on behalf of our Gaming Foundation. A current
driver’s license is a must.

This position has varied hours of work, which includes late trading nights & weekends and is classed as full time.

A competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
