About the Role

We are looking for a physically fit, enthusiastic Machine Operator to join our ReoXpress team based in Milton. This role will require the successful applicant to be adaptable to all tasks required within our factory environment and work collaboratively as part of a busy production team.

Primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Operating cut and bend automated machines
• Calculating manual cutting and bending
• Assisting other operators by tying off reinforcing bundles and labelling accordingly
• Operating a forklift
• Operating overhead cranes
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately and efficiently
• Committed to improving performance in quality and safety

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory or machine operating environment is advantageous but not essential
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the factory
