Community Development Officer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Community Development Officer to assist the Community Services Department with community focused projects. This role is a new permanent full-time position where you will provide support for community-based work and projects.
In this role, you will:
- Progress the Community Plan implementation work and lead the review process by liaising with community boards and groups.
- Process requisition orders, correspondence and follow ups.
- Ensure greater resilience and continuity of service by providing back up support to the Team Leader during absences and peak workloads.
- Provide wider administrative support for the team.
