Community Services Administrator
We’re looking for a dedicated and efficient Community Services Administrator to provide general administrative support for our Community Services Department.
This is a new permanent part-time position, offering 10 hours per week (5 days a week).
In this role, you will:
- Provide general administrative support to the Community Facilities Team.
- Keep the team organised - processing requisition orders, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Ensure greater resilience and continuity of service by providing back up support to the Team Leader during absences and peak workloads.
- Build great relationships across Council and with community partners.
- Help create an environment where people feel informed, connected, and supported.
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates the ability to learn new systems, processes and skills efficiently
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working with a variety of people
- Enjoys working as a team and can build positive relationships
- Adaptable and maintains professionalism under tight deadlines and changing priorities
