Blue Mountain College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Aide to join our supportive school team.

In this role, you will work closely with our teachers to provide targeted support to students.

You will be an essential part of our whānau, helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A genuine passion for supporting student growth and confidence 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• An openness to integrating tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles into school life.
• Reliability, patience, and a positive outlook.

This is a term-time position for 25 hours per week. A commitment to student-centered learning and professional collaboration is essential.
