Qualified Builder and Apprentice Builder Wanted 

Chapman Construction Company is looking for a Qualified Builder and an Apprentice Builder to join our team. 

We are a locally owned business delivering a wide variety of construction work, including residential builds, roofing, renovations, maintenance, and council projects. 

Qualified Builder

• Trade qualified builder
• Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, motivated and able to work well in a small team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Apprentice Builder

• Keen to learn the trade and develop solid building skills
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work hard
• Takes pride in quality work and listens well
• Previous site experience an advantage but not essential
