Senior Maintenance Coordinator

Are you an organised, people-focused leader who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Coordinator to take the lead in planning and managing our Three Waters maintenance activities.

The purpose of the role
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and develop our team of Maintenance Coordinators and Administrators to ensure maintenance activities are prioritised, scheduled, and completed efficiently. You’ll be responsible for coordinating both reactive and planned maintenance across the Three Waters network, ensuring seamless communication and support for the wider team.

What we’re looking for:

We need someone who is practical, reliable, and enjoys solving problems on the go. If you have:

·        Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop your team.

·        Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities.

·        A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

·        Experience in maintenance planning or asset management (Three Waters experience an advantage).

·        Someone with a full driver licence (essential) and a commitment to safe work practices.
