Sandy’s, the exciting new restaurant and bar coming to Kaka Point this November, is on the lookout for a Chef.

What we are looking for:

• At least three years’ experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Has at least one years’ experience at sous chef or head chef level.
• Familiar with day-to-day operations, procedures NZ food safety plans and staff training in a fast paced kitchen.
• Familiar with stock control, taking and ordering.
• Creative mind for menu building and a flare for presentation.
