What the role is all about: As our Parts Manager, you’ll lead the way in all things parts and stock management while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. You’ll handle everything from sales and stock control to merchandising and administration – all while keeping the wheels turning (literally!) for our busy service department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving day-to-day sales of parts and achieving profitability objectives.
- Ordering and managing stock for both the service department and our customers.
- Ensuring our showroom and merchandising displays shine.
- Handling customer enquiries at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
- Supporting the Parts Operations Manager and working closely with the Agricentre South team.
- Managing administration, invoicing, and stock takes with accuracy and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for:
We want someone who can confidently problem-solve and grow the business while keeping our customers at the heart of everything they do. You’ll need to bring:
- Strong business acumen and a drive to grow sales.
- Confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and sound sales skills.
- Great problem-solving abilities and the confidence to back your decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A knack for multi-tasking in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Accuracy with numbers and data input.
