Mike Hurring Logging is a well-established logging & contracting company running out Balclutha, Otago since 1986.
Mike Hurring Logging currently employees over 60 staff throughout Southland & Otago with over 250 pieces of plant & machinery. 

Mike Hurring Logging is seeking an experienced mechanic to join our team looking after our fleet of over 45 light vehicles as well as transporter units, log trucks, bin trucks. The workshop is one of two located in our yard in Balclutha which is located on the town boundary near the Balclutha Bridge. The workshop is WOF accredited with the goal of training our staff to be licenced WOF inspectors.

Applicants need to have a high regard for Health & Safety in the workplace & be able to work in a team environment.
All applicants will be subject to pre-employment & random drug screening.
Applicants will require New Zealand citizenship.
