What you'll be doing

• Fabricating and assembling high-quality aluminium windows and doors.
• Operating various machinery and equipment to optimize production.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure it performs optimally.
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to plan and prioritize work to meet customer orders.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
   

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a fabricator or tradesperson, ideally within the window and door industry.
• A strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the production processes, equipment, and machinery used in window and door manufacturing.
• A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
