Office Manager
We are on the lookout for an administrator superstar to take over the day to day running of our Tapanui based office.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Xero – Account reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable and invoicing
- Assisting with quotes
- Payroll
- Management and invoicing for onsite fuel tanks
- Vehicle licensing
- Liaising with company accountant
- As well as many more administrative tasks you will be required to plan, cook and sometimes deliver meals during silage season for up to 10 staff.
This is a fulltime position and on job training will be given to the successful applicant.
