Duty Manager - Catlins Inn
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to take on new challenges? Look no further! The Catlins Inn is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Duty Manager. You will need to be organised, flexible, focused, outgoing and can communicate with a wide & varied range of customers. This position would suit someone currently working in the hospitality industry looking to further their career or someone looking to make an exciting career change.
Position: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) Opportunities for additional hours available.
Location: The Catlins Inn, Owaka, Otago, New Zealand
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in daily tasks related to Front of House, Back of House, and Accommodation.
- Cash Handling.
- Learning how to operate and maintain all of the rules and regulations when it comes to dealing with our gaming machines.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality Experience
- LCQ or Duty Managers essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Full driver’s license and access to your own vehicle recommended.
