Bread Baker
The Bakery Team at Balclutha New World is known all over the district for the fantastic fresh products they make and range they have available.
Because of this we are looking to add to our team and are advertising for a Full time Bread Baker.

- Be able to clean equipment and surrounding areas to meet all Food Safety requirements.
Daily Tasks of the Bakery Include:
- Kneading, maturing, cutting molding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry products.
- Monitoring oven/prover temperatures and product appearance to ensure accurate cooking times.
- Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading and cooling of bread batches, rolls and pastry goods.
The successful applicant will be working the early morning bread shift in a fast paced and supportive environment to deliver outstanding service, range and quality bread products for our renowned Bakery. Rostered hours are Sunday to Thursday working 40 hours. Hours and remuneration will be discussed at the Interview Process.
