Receptionist

Receptionist

48 hours per fortnight – Fixed Term One Year

 

We have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our General Practice reception team working a minimum of 3 days per week as follows:

 

Sunday 10.00 – 6.00, Monday & Tuesday 0830 – 5.30

 

This position would also need to provide leave cover for the reception team, so you would have the flexibility to be able to work across the full range of our opening hours including weekends up to a maximum of 5 days per week (up to 80 hours per fortnight).

 

Key attributes required include a strong customer focus, proven administrative skills, computer literacy and ability to work independently within established procedures. Remains calm and focused under pressure, effectively managing tasks and contributing positively to team objectives.  A knowledge of Medtech Evolution would be beneficial; however full training and support will be provided.
