Customer Experience Officer (isite)

We're on the hunt for a warm and outgoing Customer Experience Officer to join our great team based at our isite within the beautiful Te Pou Ō Mata-Au | Clutha District War Memorial & Community Centre.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face that helps visitors make the most of their time here—providing travel advice, sharing local knowledge, and promoting everything our region (and beyond) has to offer. This is a dynamic and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

This part time role will work every Friday and Saturday, and any statutory holidays as rostered. There may also be occasional shifts at our Balclutha, Milton, and Owaka Community Libraries.

You’ll love this Customer Experience role if you:

• Are passionate about the Clutha District and New Zealand tourism
• Are eager to help and support visitors with their travel needs
• Have previous sales or customer service experience (a bonus!)
• Have a passion for meeting new people and brightening their day
• Stay calm under pressure and thrive on variety
• Are confident using digital tools and a variety of computer systems
