This permanent position working weekends. You will start work at 6am and finish as 1.30pm. The days of work are Saturday and Sunday and you will work every second weekend. Additional shifts may also be available to cover leave.
You will be part of a great team cooking for our 35 residents and some Clutha First patients, providing meals on wheels and some outside catering.
Along with meal preparation and service you will supervise other kitchen staff, order supplies and complete documentation.
Experience in cooking for large numbers, ability to show initiative, reliability and a sense of humour are essential qualities.
Applicants should have Food Safety Units 167, 168 and previous experience supervising a team.
