We have a great opportunity at our Finegand plant, near Balclutha, for a person to join our Secondary Butchery Beef department as a Shift Supervisor of the Night Shift (hours of work from 4pm to 2am). This position reports to the Department Manager, and is critical in developing and leading a team that can deliver high quality product to specification, to meet the needs of our valued customers.

The Shift Supervisor Secondary Butchery Beef will be responsible for the hands on leadership of their cutting team, working with them to achieve all the aspects of a high quality production process. You will be supervising department personnel and monitoring product and processes to ensure quality, yield, Health and Safety, customer and regulatory requirements are achieved.
