An experienced Office Administrator is required to work in the Telford Farm Office 7km from Balclutha.

This is a part-time position, envisaged to be for 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility to work a full day for certain meetings.

The successful applicants will have:

  • Excellent ability to communicate and work within a small team.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings & events
  • Good accountancy knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Xero
  • Knowledge of internet banking programmes and an understanding of GST & Wages systems
  • Accurate minute taking ability for meetings
  • An understanding of farming operations

A good hourly rate and supportive working environment is available to the successful applicant.  Starting date is negotiable.
