We have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to support our sales, parts and service teams between 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.

This role is responsible for the following:

  • Taking all incoming phone calls
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Backing up our parts department
  • 20th of the month invoicing
  • Processing of sales agreements
  • Data entry
  • Workshop admin, including support with job cards and time sheets


Our ideal candidate will have office administration experience, be able to handle multiple tasks and have top notch attention to detail and accuracy. Exposure to, or a background in farming would be a benefit, but not critical.
