We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team. This is a busy frontline reception role where you will be interacting with patients, referrers, funders and the public in a prompt, professional and empathetic manner.

Our work day will include;
Welcoming patients, callers and others while determining and fulfilling their needs
Schedule and book imaging appointments, while also providing clear information for all patients and referrers regarding imaging appointments
Liaise with clinical staff to ensure appointments run to schedule
Accurately input confidential information into radiology information system (RIS)
Provide patients with a clear indication of cost for all procedures by keeping knowledge of current funding
Process account payments from patients and manage applications for funding as required
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Polite and friendly aptitude and the ability to communicate effectively to different patients both verbally and in writing
Experience working with Microsoft Office or similar and the ability to pick up new computer systems quickly
Exceptional organisational skills
The ability to process large amounts of changeable and technical information

Hours: 15 hours per week
