PERMANENT FULL TIME
The Telford Campus of Southern Institute of Technology has the above vacancy for a Kitchen Supervisor to complement the existing team. The main aim of the position is to provide strong staff and kitchen management.
The successful applicant will preferably hold a Cookery or Nutrition qualification. Experience in management of food preparation and cooking. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrable skills and experience in organizing menus, procurement and supervising kitchen requirements for a commercial or similar kitchen with the ability to cater for up to 100 students, three meals a day and catering for functions/events as required on rostered hours of work.
We are looking for a person with the ability to communicate well with both staff and students and be able to use initiative and provide solutions.
