We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and general human resources services and advice to our management team and staff.
With a headcount around 130 and 100 FTE's, we're a diverse team that includes new hires, long standing stalwarts and many in between. We're also a growing workforce with a number of new positions that, along with a turnover of 10%, is driving our current positive recruitment situation.
You'll need a strong working knowledge of employment legislation, best practice and corporate requirements and be able to help Council's payroll function by providing employment and pay information and advice.
