Casafuego Eatery & Bar are looking for a Food and Beverage Duty Manager.
To be eligible for this role you must:
- Have 2 years Hospitality experience
- Have a duty managers licence (not essential)
- Be over 20 years old due to liquor licensing laws and retaining your duty managers license
You will be contracted for full time work with a minimum 30 hours a week, Mostly afternoon, weekend work and overtime is a high possibility.
Duties will include:
- The day to day runnings of a fast paced restaurant and bar and patio with all day Ala Carte and snack dining structure.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with strong people skills.
- Works well as part of a team
- Inspirational and self motivated toward daily promotions
- Barista and cocktail mixing
