The Oak Tree Inn – Clinton are seeking to employ a full-time Duty Manager.
This person needs to have a fun, out-going personality, be able to converse with patrons from all walks of life and have and/or be willing to gain the required skills to support our Manager within this busy little rural hotel.
An interest in bistro/snack style food & coffees and the preparation/production of such are necessary skills to fulfil the required duties for this position.
The hours of work are varied and will include sole –charge shifts, week nights and weekends and we will consider variations to our current rosters to accommodate the right person.
The weekly rostered hours are approximately 30 -35 hours per week, but these can vary due annual leave periods, busy or low volume trading weeks etc, so flexibility will be required.
A satisfactory Pre-Employment Police vetting report and a General Managers certificate will be a condition within the employment agreement.
