Clutha District Council aspires for each of their Libraries to be vibrant digital community hubs, serving their local communities with relevant digital resources, reliable information, and skills to function independently in a digital world.
The Digital Programmes Coordinator will promote and support social and economic inclusion by building future resilience and promoting community wellbeing within the Clutha community, through the development and coordination of programmes that are focused on the many aspects of digital literacy.
A key aspect of the role will be engaging with communities across the Clutha District to ensure that programmes not only meet the needs of the various communities, but opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with key stakeholders are maximised.
This role will also work closely with the Digital Content and Applications Support Officer to ensure that all Library and Service Centre staff are fully trained and familiar with all technological aspects of Library service delivery including systems, digital media and content.
This is a Fixed Term role until 30 June 2022
